		<description>The situation down here in China is very disappointing. We don't see any meaningful progress on the part of the state to relax its grip on media. Recent events, especially the tainted powder one, have dramatically changed many people's view of the fate of the country, especially many who had illusions that the country is predominantly "doing well". The Party is very insecure now and anything can happen in the next year or coming months.</description>
