It will be difficult for Oscar Arias to achieve a dialogue, since both sides appear to oppose any solution. Maybe if Zelaya agrees not to run for reelection, Micheletti will agree to let him return as President until the end of the year. If that does not go forward, then maybe both sides will agree to let him hold his referendum on lifting term limits. If negotations fail, Honduras will be badly isolated.
