The European Union is developing legislation to regulate and guarantee European citizens’ rights and freedoms on the Internet and through all major modes of telecommunications

In the article, “The Internet as A Battlefield,” from our Fall 2014 issue, David A. Andelman and Yaffa Fredrick interviewed Amelia Andersdotter, Swedish Pirate Party leader and advocate for Internet freedoms.
