Kate had been a research associate at the World Policy Institute’s Program on Citizenship and Security in 2005. Prior to rejoining WPI in 2007, Kate worked on development for the non-governmental organizations Sightsavers International and WaterAid America, and consulted for New York City’s Administration for Children’s Services on advocacy and development initiatives.
